Join Fides Certification (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Certification Auditor and play a pivotal role in ensuring organizational excellence through rigorous compliance assessments. As an expert in ISO standards, you'll conduct comprehensive audits for ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO14001 (Environmental Management), ISO45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO22000 (Food Safety Management Systems). This position requires meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to evaluate complex processes across diverse industries. You'll collaborate with clients to identify improvement opportunities, validate compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills to deliver actionable recommendations and foster client relationships built on trust and expertise.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive audits of management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22000 standards
- Prepare detailed audit reports with objective findings, non-conformities, and improvement recommendations
- Verify implementation of corrective actions and monitor ongoing compliance
- Stay updated with latest ISO standards, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
- Provide guidance and training to clients on ISO requirements and implementation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues
- Maintain accurate audit documentation and quality records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- Professional auditor certification (e.g., IRCA Lead Auditor) strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing or compliance management
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22000 standards
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or food safety sectors preferred
- Excellent analytical and report writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
