Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming certification applications efficiently and accurately.
- Verify and review all submitted documents to ensure full compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to gather necessary verification details.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of all certification records.
- Communicate with applicants regarding application status and required actions.
- Assist in the internal auditing of certification processes and procedures.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports to management regarding certification metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holders).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts or quality assurance principles is a plus.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
