Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS/IFRS.
- Conduct rigorous internal audits to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal control policies.
- Manage tax filings, including EWT, VAT, and Income Tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports required by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
- Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding financial performance and cost-optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory examiners during annual audits and inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or auditing, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with core banking or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict reporting deadlines.
