Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict compliance with SKKP standards in all facility management operations
- Oversee maintenance and optimization of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
- Conduct regular facility audits and safety inspections
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facility maintenance
- Develop and implement facility management improvement plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for facility-related projects
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Valid SKKP (Sistem Kualiti dan Kecekapan) certification mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in facility management role
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance protocols
- Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Proficient in facility management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
