Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality tea beverages following CHAGEE’s signature recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Provide friendly and attentive service, including taking orders and offering expert product recommendations.
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash/digital transactions efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock ingredients, and assist in daily opening/closing procedures.
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent professional certification.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided to all fresh candidates.
- Possess a positive 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for the service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be a team player with a high level of integrity and reliability.
