Tanggung Jawab
- Craft and serve authentic, high-quality chai beverages and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with menu selections and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including the bar area, seating, and equipment.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and digital payments.
- Educate customers on our unique chai blends, ingredients, and the heritage of our brand.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of tea, milk, spices, and other essential supplies.
- Ensure food safety and health regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing Food & Beverage role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tea preparation, spice profiles, or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Jakarta Selatan.
