Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively greet and assist passengers with wayfinding, flight information, and general inquiries throughout the terminal.
- Provide personalized recommendations for airport amenities, including retail, dining, and transit lounges, to enhance the traveler experience.
- Utilize digital tablets and mobile technology to provide real-time flight updates and airport information to guests.
- Monitor passenger flow and assist with crowd management during peak hours to ensure a seamless transit process.
- Gather passenger feedback and report operational issues or facilities maintenance requirements to the duty manager.
- Collaborate with airport stakeholders, such as airlines and security, to resolve passenger challenges efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of professional grooming and deportment as a representative of Changi Airport.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, or equivalent; fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or retail is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or Japanese) is highly desirable to assist international travelers.
- A proactive, friendly, and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift in a large-scale terminal environment.
- Flexible and willing to work on a shift-rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
