- Develop and execute strategic channel plans to drive partner recruitment and revenue growth
- Train and enable partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and solution selling
- Monitor partner performance and implement incentive programs to achieve business objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to improve channel effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create joint campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
- Identify and resolve channel conflicts while maintaining healthy partner relationships
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform channel strategy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of channel sales or partner management experience in technology sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets through indirect channels
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies
- Excellent analytical abilities with data-driven decision making approach
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
