Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets for assigned channel partners
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key channel partners including resellers, VARs, and system integrators
  • Provide partners with regular business reviews, market insights, and competitive intelligence
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing partner accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners receive optimal support and resources
  • Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to address any gaps or challenges
  • Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
  • Represent Westcon-Comstor at partner events and industry functions

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel sales or account management in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of IT products, solutions, and channel business models
  • Ability to analyze business data and develop strategic action plans
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
