Are you a results-oriented sales professional seeking a challenging role in the dynamic security industry? Motorola Solutions is currently looking for a talented Channel Account Manager to join our team in Petaling Jaya. As a global leader in mission-critical communications, we are dedicated to helping communities and businesses stay connected and safe. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with our channel distributors and resellers. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth, expanding market share in the video and security control sectors, and ensuring our partners have the resources they need to succeed. You will act as a trusted advisor to your partners, identifying new business opportunities and optimizing sales strategies to meet aggressive targets. We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for technology and a proven track record in account management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with key channel partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new resellers and distributors in the video surveillance and security control markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure partners are fully equipped to sell Motorola Solutions solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and training sessions to enhance partner product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional economic conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with both partner goals and company objectives.
- Forecast sales accurately and achieve individual and team-based revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Channel Management, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Strong background in the video surveillance, security control, or IT infrastructure industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track partner performance and sales pipeline.
- Ability to travel to meet with partners and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
