Acer is a leading global provider of innovative hardware, software, and services. We are currently seeking a results-driven Channel Account Manager (East Java) to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies that drive business growth and expand our market presence across East Java.
As the face of Acer in the region, you will build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and resellers, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to maximize sales. You will identify new market opportunities, analyze performance metrics, and work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve aggressive sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to achieve sales targets and market share goals in East Java.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key distributors, resellers, and partners to ensure mutual growth.
- Provide training, sales support, and product guidance to channel partners to enhance their selling capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities and trade programs.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports to communicate progress to management.
- Resolve partner issues and conflicts efficiently to maintain high partner satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or key account management within the IT or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of channel distribution models and partner management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
