Harrisma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Account Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the IT Distribution sector. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with a diverse portfolio of partners, including General Trade (GT) Master Dealers, Dealers, and Project partners (System Integrators/Resellers).

As the primary liaison between Harrisma and our distribution network, you will focus on maximizing market penetration and ensuring our high-quality IT products reach the right retail channels efficiently. You will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide strategic support to our partners to help them succeed in a competitive market. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic and growing IT environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with Retail (GT) Master Dealers and Dealers to ensure high product availability and visibility.
  • Drive sales volume and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the assigned territory.
  • Identify, on-board, and nurture new Project (SI/Reseller) partners to expand market coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to execute effective channel promotion strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide coaching to improve sales performance and inventory management.
  • Ensure timely order processing and logistics coordination with internal supply chain teams.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Channel Sales, IT Distribution, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client locations across the region.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
