Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies for IT distributor networks
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributor partners
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Provide product training and sales enablement to distributor teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams on channel initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of channel sales experience in IT distribution
- Proven track record of managing distributor relationships
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
