Join Harrisma's dynamic sales team as a Channel Account Manager specializing in IT product distribution. In this pivotal role, you'll drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships with retail partners across Jawa Timur. Your mission involves proactive market penetration through targeted canvasing, cold calling, and client meetings to expand our retail footprint. You'll represent our innovative IT product portfolio, negotiate partnerships, and ensure retail partners are equipped to maximize sales performance. This position offers the opportunity to shape our retail channel strategy while building long-term business relationships in Indonesia's thriving technology sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and recruit new retail partners through systematic market research and proactive outreach
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet regional targets
- Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners to ensure sales objectives are achieved
- Provide product training and sales support to retail staff
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align retail channel initiatives
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and partner performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in channel sales or account management
- Proven track record in IT product distribution or retail sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
