Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel development strategies to expand market reach and distribution channels.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and resellers to ensure mutual growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate partnership agreements to secure new channel accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights.
- Organize and conduct training sessions and product briefings for channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to align channel strategies.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence others.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is preferred.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (required for field visits and partner meetings).
