- Develop and implement strategic channel development plans to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
- Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new channel opportunities
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches through channel partners
- Monitor channel performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align channel initiatives with business objectives
- Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with key channel stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel development, sales management, or business development
- Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partnerships in FMCG or consumer goods
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and KPIs
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM systems and channel management software
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute scalable channel growth plans
