You will be responsible for driving sales excellence by coordinating closely with the Product Management team to develop high-impact promotional plans. Your leadership will be instrumental in coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to exceed sales targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate with Product Management to design and execute innovative promotional strategies to boost brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Monitor channel sales metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize product placement and inventory turnover.
  • Coach, mentor, and support both new and existing sales personnel to improve their consultative selling techniques.
  • Ensure consistent brand implementation and service excellence across all assigned retail channels.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to adjust tactical channel plans in real-time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless product availability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel management, sales supervision, or retail operations within the FMCG or Consumer Electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and market data.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
