Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing ongoing support and training
- Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure channel partners have the necessary resources and information
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel management, preferably in IT Distribution or System Integration
- Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partnerships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the IT industry, including market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
