You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our channel strategy is executed flawlessly. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to drive sales and market penetration.
- Identify, recruit, and on-board new channel partners that align with our business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure success.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, renewals, and agreements.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment.
- Organize training sessions and events to empower partners with product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel management, business development, or account management (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to meet partners and attend industry events.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
