- Develop and execute channel partner strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
- Identify, onboard, and train new distribution partners across assigned territories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor partner performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Facilitate joint business planning and co-marketing activities
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders and partners
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure partner compliance with brand standards and sales processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or commercial development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through distribution networks
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term stakeholder relationships
- Experience in laboratory equipment, medical devices, or technology sectors preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate market opportunities into actionable plans
