Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing channel partners.
- Identify and recruit new strategic partners to expand our market reach in the region.
- Create and execute joint business plans to drive revenue and ensure partner performance goals are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, training, and operational support.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to provide partners with the resources needed for success.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust partner strategies effectively.
- Manage regular business reviews with key partners to track progress against KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in channel management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the Selangor business landscape and local sales channels.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and local languages.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
