Our company, a reputable name in the food and beverage manufacturing sector, is seeking a Channel Sales Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be tasked with expanding and optimizing our distribution network to maximize market penetration and sales growth.
Key aspects of the role include developing strategic partnerships with distributors and retailers, monitoring sales performance, and implementing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with channel needs. Your insights from market research will help identify trends and opportunities for new product launches.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in channel sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the F&B landscape. You should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and possess strong communication skills in both English and Malay.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners to expand market coverage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure loyalty and performance.
- Monitor sales data and partner performance, providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute trade promotions and brand activations.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide training and support to channel partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in F&B or consumer goods manufacturing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Johor and occasionally to other states.
