Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop relationships with key dealers and channel partners
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product demonstrations
- Grow existing accounts through targeted upselling and cross-selling
- Identify and penetrate new customer segments in the CCTV/IT networking space
- Monitor sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends for strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years in channel sales, B2B sales, or dealer management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and IT networking products preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
