Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with channel partners and automotive distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach across Jakarta region
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop joint promotional initiatives
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in channel sales, preferably within automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to travel independently across Jakarta region
