- Develop and implement comprehensive channel sales strategies for Acronis solutions
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with channel partners across Indonesia
- Train partners on Acronis products and sales methodologies
- Set and monitor partner KPIs to ensure sales targets are exceeded
- Collaborate with marketing to create co-funded campaigns and enablement programs
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Identify and address market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Proven track record in channel sales leadership within IT/software industry
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity and cloud solutions (Acronis experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing and executing partner enablement programs
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
