Xiaomi, one of the world's leading technology companies, is looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) sales strategy in the Philippines. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence across the region.
Your primary focus will be on accelerating sales of our AIoT products, including smart home devices, wearables, and connected solutions. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to develop and execute sales plans that meet aggressive targets. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and building strong relationships that drive mutual success.
You will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure our go-to-market strategies are effective and aligned with local needs. Your role will involve training and enabling partners to effectively sell Xiaomi products, as well as negotiating contracts and terms to optimize profitability. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance relationship building with data-driven decision making.
Key responsibilities include: Managing key accounts and driving revenue growth, developing new channel partners and expanding coverage, planning and executing joint business plans, monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies accordingly, and acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
To succeed, you should have a proven track record in channel sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Philippine consumer electronics market. - Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for AIoT products in the Philippines.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts (KAs) and channel partners to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners, expanding the Xiaomi AIoT network across key regions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement trade marketing programs and promotional activities that enhance sell-through.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business decisions and product positioning.
- Conduct sales training and product briefings for partners to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
- Report on sales performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline development to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in consumer electronics or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of AIoT, smart home, or consumer electronics ecosystem is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Manila City and travel as needed.
