Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to effectively expand the corporate subscriber base and market reach.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the target business community to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure seamless service delivery and promotional alignment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to recommend proactive sales adjustments.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and briefings for partners to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales tools.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in channel sales, business development, or account management within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong track record of managing partner relationships and successfully achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driving license is required for business travel and partner meetings.
