Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans for GT & Distributor networks to achieve business objectives
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key distributors and general trade partners
- Monitor channel performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Train and support distributor partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective channel marketing programs
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
- Manage distributor recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of channel operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or FMCG sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and implementing channel sales strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributor networks
