Prima Bersama Berkat is seeking a high-performing Channel Sales Manager (Sell-In) to join our team in Medan. In this role, you will be the primary driver of our market expansion, cultivating strong relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure our products dominate the local market.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands the nuances of the CCTV, consumer electronics, or mobile phone industry. You will be responsible for executing sell-in strategies, managing regional sales targets, and ensuring our channel partners are equipped for success. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sell-in strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Medan region.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term professional relationships with distributors, dealers, and key retail partners.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain our competitive edge in the electronics market.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide product training and merchandising support to retail partners.
- Analyze sales data and generate performance reports to identify growth opportunities and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Manage inventory levels at the distributor level to ensure optimal stock availability without compromising cash flow.
- Resolve customer complaints or channel partner concerns promptly to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in channel sales, distribution management, or key account management.
- In-depth knowledge of the CCTV, mobile phone, or consumer electronics industry is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence channel partners.
- Excellent understanding of the Medan retail landscape and local market dynamics.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, data analysis, and using CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage a field-based schedule, and travel within the assigned region as required.
