Are you a technical expert with a passion for language and global partnership? AvePoint is looking for a dynamic Channel Solution Engineer to join our expanding team in Cebu. In this high-impact role, you will act as the technical bridge between AvePoint and our vital channel partners in the LATAM region.
This is a strategic, client-facing position that requires fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese. You will provide technical support, product demonstrations, and architectural guidance to ensure our partners are equipped to deliver AvePoint’s industry-leading solutions effectively. Operating on a night shift schedule allows us to maintain seamless, real-time collaboration with our partners across time zones. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert-level technical pre-sales and post-sales support to channel partners.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical webinars in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Assist partners in architecting and deploying AvePoint SaaS solutions to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and manage escalations to ensure partner success and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for our partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with global sales and engineering teams to identify new opportunities and improve product adoption.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Microsoft 365, cloud security, and data governance.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a technical support, solution engineering, or pre-sales role.
- Full professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (both written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based software architectures, specifically Microsoft 365 or Azure.
- Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in a channel/reseller partner-oriented business model is highly preferred.
