Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing key accounts and top-tier distributors.
- Develop and execute strategic channel plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with partners to ensure mutual benefit and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align channel strategies with business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on account health, sales performance, and pipeline development.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and key sales meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Channel Sales (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of the FMCG or health supplement industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve sales performance.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
