Join the Philippine Red Cross as a Chapter Service Representative and make a meaningful impact by driving resource generation initiatives. In this vital role, you'll develop and implement strategic fundraising programs and activities aligned with our humanitarian mission. Working under the guidance of the Chapter Administrator, you'll create innovative approaches to secure financial support, build lasting donor relationships, and expand our community outreach efforts. - Develop and implement comprehensive resource-generating programs and activities for the chapter
- Collaborate with Chapter Administrator to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and community partners
- Organize and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and donor engagement activities
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance, metrics, and ROI
- Prepare compelling funding proposals, grant applications, and sponsorship packages
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or resource generation
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful fundraising programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience working in nonprofit or humanitarian organizations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management systems
- Deep understanding of the Philippine Red Cross mission and values
