Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging character education curriculum aligned with school standards
- Teach values education, religious studies, and character development to students
- Create a positive classroom environment that promotes moral and ethical behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate character education across subjects
- Assess student progress in character development and provide constructive feedback
- Organize and facilitate character-building activities and school-wide programs
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student character development
- Participate in professional development opportunities related to character education
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Religious Education, Values Education, Elementary Education, or General Education
- Valid teaching certification or license in the Philippines
- Previous experience in character education or values-based teaching preferred
- Strong understanding of moral development theories and educational psychology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
- Passion for working with children and fostering their moral development
