Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain charcoal grills to prepare a variety of dishes to order.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Charcoal Man, Grill Master, or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, meat cuts, and seasoning.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination.
