Agroto Business is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Chargeman A0 to join our engineering and operations team in Ipoh, Perak. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and oversight of our industrial machinery and facilities. As a Chargeman, you will act as a key technical resource, diagnosing complex issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery faults, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and power systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment or system upgrades.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and inspection results accurately.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify technical bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Manage and organize the inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar Chargeman or Technician role within an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and general maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
