Indah Water Konsortium (IWK) is the national sewerage management company in Malaysia, committed to providing clean water and a healthy environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Chargeman A1 to join our operations team in Shah Alam. This is a pivotal role within our engineering division, requiring a proactive approach to maintenance and system reliability. As a Chargeman, you will be the frontline technical support ensuring that sewage infrastructure operates efficiently and meets national environmental standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections and desludging of septic tanks and pumping stations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sewage machinery, pumps, and generators.
- Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot technical faults efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance work strictly complies with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor system performance and prepare accurate daily work reports.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new sewage infrastructure components.
- Communicate effectively with customers and resolve service-related inquiries professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Valid Malaysian Driving License (Class B or above) is mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in mechanical maintenance or water/sewage systems is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
