As a Chargeman A1, you will be the key point of contact for the daily operations of the sewage treatment plant (STP). Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sewage treatment plant and main pumping stations in the Subang Jaya area.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, and control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor process parameters and effluent quality to ensure compliance with Department of Environment (DOE) and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with government agencies, local councils, and contractors regarding sewage network issues and maintenance works.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators, ensuring high standards of safety and productivity.
- Prepare daily operation reports and handle customer inquiries related to sewage blockages or services.
- Enforce strict safety regulations (OSHA/SO) during all maintenance and operational activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in wastewater treatment or industrial plant operations.
- Valid Malaysian Driver’s License (Class 3D/Class B).
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLC, and basic troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physically fit and willing to work in various weather conditions.
