Join KCJ Engineering as a Chargeman A4 and play a pivotal role in maintaining our electrical infrastructure. This position requires a skilled professional to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex electrical faults, implementing preventive maintenance protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in industrial electrical systems, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic engineering environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of electrical systems including motors, transformers, and switchgear
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize operational downtime
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations and company standards
- Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance documentation and system performance reports
- Coordinate with engineering teams to implement system improvements and upgrades
- Train junior staff on safe electrical practices and operational procedures
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Certified Chargeman A4 from a recognized institution
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
