DESA is a leading provider of construction materials and infrastructure solutions in Malaysia, and we are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Chargeman A4 to join our operations team in Beaufort, Sabah. As a Chargeman A4, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for overseeing the charging operations of plant machinery, ensuring that raw materials are processed accurately and that production targets are consistently met. We are looking for a proactive professional who can not only operate complex machinery effectively but also lead a small team, ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed at all times.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage the daily charging operations of plant machinery to ensure optimal production flow and output quality.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on charging equipment to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, including PPE usage and hazard identification, on the production floor.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor raw material levels and inventory to ensure continuous workflow and prevent production stoppages.
- Conduct daily shift handovers and briefings with team members to align on daily targets and safety reminders.
- Report any machinery defects, safety hazards, or operational anomalies immediately to the Maintenance Department.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar Chargeman, Plant Operator, or similar industrial role.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery operations and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks as required by the job.
- Valid Basic Safety Training (BST) or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
- Good communication skills and demonstrated leadership potential.
