Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional looking for a challenging role in a premier shopping destination? LYC Mall Sdn Bhd (Plaza Low Yat) is seeking a dedicated Chargeman (A4) to oversee our critical High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LV) electrical systems. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of the TNB supply infrastructure, strictly adhering to the guidelines set by the Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission). Your expertise will ensure the uninterrupted power supply to our millions of customers and tenants, maintaining the highest safety standards in the building. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HT and LV switchgear, transformers, and distribution boards.
- Monitor TNB power supply quality and handle load shedding or tripping issues efficiently.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct periodic safety audits and report any electrical hazards or abnormality immediately.
- Collaborate with TNB technicians for rectification works and load management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspection reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid Charge Man Certificate (A4) from a recognized body.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within commercial buildings or malls.
- Strong knowledge of TNB regulations, HT/LV systems, and switchgear.
- Proficiency in reading electrical single-line diagrams and technical manuals.
- Physically fit to perform site inspections and manual tasks.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
