Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all electrical installations, maintenance, and repair operations within the mall premises
- Conduct regular inspections and safety audits of electrical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults promptly to minimize operational disruptions
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate project execution with contractors
- Ensure compliance with national electrical codes and safety regulations
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and maintenance records
- Collaborate with mall management to implement energy-efficient solutions
Kualifikasi
- Valid Chargeman A4 certification from recognized authorities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance for commercial buildings
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety protocols and OHS standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams effectively
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
