Tiger Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Chargeman BO to join our high-performing facilities team in Senawang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational reliability, ensuring that all electrical systems perform at peak efficiency while strictly adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
We are looking for a hands-on expert who is passionate about electrical infrastructure and preventative maintenance. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to minimize downtime, implement system upgrades, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical installations and switchgear up to the authorized voltage level.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on critical power distribution systems.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure full compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) regulations and local occupational safety guidelines.
- Manage electrical documentation, including single-line diagrams, maintenance logs, and audit reports.
- Supervise electrical contractors during installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Assist in energy efficiency initiatives to reduce operational costs and monitor power consumption metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Chargeman BO certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, and high-voltage operations.
- Able to interpret complex electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts or be on standby for emergency call-outs.
