Bina Plastic Industries is seeking a highly skilled and safety-oriented Chargeman (BO-11KV) to join our expanding manufacturing team in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang region. As a key technical member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all electrical installations across our plant facilities.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) regulations and internal safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of electrical systems, including high-tension switchgears and transformers (up to 11KV).
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Supervise electrical installations and troubleshooting processes in accordance with the Electricity Supply Act and Regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and maintenance logs for all electrical plant equipment and energy consumption data.
- Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and utility providers for electrical grid maintenance and upgrades.
- Perform rapid emergency repairs and fault analysis to ensure the continuity of production operations.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Chargeman Certificate (BO-11KV) issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of 11KV switchgear operations, protection relays, and transformer maintenance.
- Familiarity with local electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and factory safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret electrical blueprints, single-line diagrams, and schematic drawings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work shifts or provide on-call support during critical maintenance windows if required.
