- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about financial products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Meet performance metrics such as response and resolution times
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in BPO or financial services
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong typing skills and ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer applications and chat tools
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Lipa, Batangas
- Amenable to shifting schedules and night shifts
