Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume customer inquiries via chat and email with professional, empathetic, and concise responses.
  • Resolve customer concerns, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting steps while maintaining high satisfaction ratings.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for the end user.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings, company policies, and best practices in digital support.
  • Meet or exceed daily KPIs, including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
  • Actively contribute to knowledge base updates to improve self-service support efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a BPO or e-commerce environment.
  • Exceptional written English skills (grammar, punctuation, and tone).
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously without compromising service quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, "customer-first" mindset.
  • High proficiency in typing speed and digital communication tools.
  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule as required by business needs.
  • Residency in or near Antipolo City, Rizal, is highly preferred.
