Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Earn a monthly basic pay ranging from ₱24,000 to ₱32,000.
- Performance Bonuses: Achieve your App Milestones and earn up to an additional ₱14,000 every month!
- Total Earning Potential: Top performers can take home over ₱46,000 per month!

Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with prospective customers via live chat to promote and sell premium consumer electronics products.
- Provide expert-level product information, pricing, and availability.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current promotions, product features, and brand guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in chat sales, B2C sales, or BPO customer service (sales account preferred).
- Exceptional written English communication skills with a professional grammar and vocabulary.
- Strong computer navigation skills and ability to multi-task effectively across multiple chat windows.
- High school diploma (Senior High Graduate) or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Amenable to work full-time onsite at our Cebu City office.
- Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a previous role or setting.
