Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality chat support to customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries.
- Handle and de-escalate complex customer concerns with professional empathy and critical thinking.
- Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously to retrieve account information and log customer interactions.
- Maintain high standards of productivity and quality metrics as established by the account.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve overall customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Adhere to attendance policies and maintain shift consistency for seamless team operations.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to escalate persistent issues to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Call Center/BPO environment (Chat support experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic software and connectivity issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple chat streams simultaneously without compromising service quality.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Metro Manila.
