In this contract/temporary role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat, handling a variety of inquiries including product details, order placements, tracking shipments, processing returns and refunds, and offering general support to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

As a Chat Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, representing Datamatics and building positive relationships with clients. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Our ideal candidate is a quick learner with excellent written communication skills who can handle multiple chat conversations with ease and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, troubleshooting issues, escalating complex problems when necessary, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will collaborate with other team members to enhance service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with at least a high school diploma and prior customer service experience. Strong typing skills and familiarity with chat software are highly valued. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to shifting schedules.

Kualifikasi

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing speed of 40+ WPM
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
