Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via live chat and voice channels efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously to retrieve account information and log customer interactions.
- Adhere to established company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance benchmarks.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary for further investigation.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding response times and resolution rates.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to handle high-volume interactions.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required—we provide full training.
