Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality customer support via live chat for Bytedance platform users.
- Address and resolve user inquiries regarding account settings, content policies, and app features.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, accurate, and empathetic communication.
- Navigate multiple software systems efficiently to retrieve information and document interactions.
- Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity benchmarks.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify emerging issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company data privacy and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer support role (Chat support experience is a distinct advantage).
- Excellent written communication skills in English, including perfect grammar and punctuation.
- Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in social media trends and digital platforms.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work on-site in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
- Educational background: High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
